Peter and his wife rented in Sydney and felt that they had left it long to have to have a house of their own. They initially wanted to purchase in Sydney but soon realised that prices were way over their budget. They eventually decided on a location in the Hunter Valley NSW and after choosing their land, they were keen to be introduced to builders that do turn-key packages. Within 9 months they were settled in their brand new home.
